Here's the Design Team: Lois, Kelli Jo, Karen , Kathy, Toni, Janine, Shirley Q, Vickie, Sandy, Marks Finest Papers, a Heinrich Co.
For today's card, I played with one round lantern in a repeated way.  I stamped it six times and cut three of them out, after I colored them.  I drew in some string or twine that they might be held up by.  I drew in a thin border and stamped a simple sentiment.  I matted my image panel with a purple layer and then popped it up off the card base.

That's it for me today.  Head on over to Janine's blog and come on back tomorrow for more creativity.

Details - Stamps: Lanterns (MFP); Paper: Choice Snow White (TE), Orchid Opulence; Ink: Tuxedo Black; Accessories: Copic Markers, stampin' dimensionals, Copic multiliner, paper snips.

So pretty! Your free-hand string and border are very well-drawn.

I have to agree that the string with the lantern turned out really nice...

Love your colorful lanterns; great doodling around the edge!

I love the clean and simple layout you created. Fussy cutting the lanterns and placing them over the ones you stamped on the white panel gives them an extra pleasing dimension. Well done.

Fabulous CAS card. The purple is striking against that white. Love it.
